Lancaster Ladies City-County Golf Association Formed in 1963, this organization holds 4 tournament annuallly. I have served on the board for the past 15+ years. You must live in Lancaster County or belong to a Lancaster County Golf Club in order to participate in these tournaments. We welcome all eligible women golfers to play.

Lancaster County Golf Association - The mission of the Lancaster County Golf Association is to service the best interest of all golfers residing in Lancaster County: Amateurs and Professionals.



Lancaster Host Resort - My home course - When golf is your game, you will want to play at the Lancaster Host. The Host offers not only a great 18 hole championship golf course but an excellent practice facility with a driving range and night-lit putting green and 2 more practice greens.

Pennsylvania State Women's Golf Association - Established in 1932, The Pennsylvania State Women's Golf Association's objective is to promote friendly competition among women golfers in the Keystone State. The Women's State Championship tournament has been held every year since 1933 (except for the WWII years). 2009 Amateur/Senior Amateur was held August 17-21 at The KahKwa Club in Erie. I had the privilege of playing this year and I made it to the finals on Friday. I came in second to Patty Lang in the Senior First Flight. I lost 3 and 2 in the final match. What a great week it was. My husband and I are very impressed with The Kahkwa Club and the wonderful people we met there.


Pennsylvania Golf Association - The PA PGA holds 14 tournaments throughout the year for PA golfers.

I was a coach for Penn Manor junior varsity golf with Marsha Frerichs, head coach. I still like to follow the team and promote all the players.

LPGA-USGA Girls Golf provides an opportunity for girls, ages 7 to 17, to learn to play golf, build lasting friendships and experience competition in a fun, supportive environment, preparing them for a lifetime of enjoyment with the game. Girls are learning values inherent to the game of golf, such as practice, respect, perseverance, and honesty, preparing them to meet challenges of today's world with confidence.




The First Tee/Susquehanna Valley Chapter - The focus of the First Tee is to give young people of all backgrounds an opportunity to develop, through golf and character education, life-enhancing values such as honesty, integrity and sportsmanship.
